With California families facing record childcare shortages, a new purpose-driven preschool is stepping up to provide relief. Nese Kids Care, a woman-owned small business founded by Nese Delibas, a new mother and first-time entrepreneur, is reimagining early childhood education in San Diego with a family-first approach.
“As a new mom myself, I understand firsthand how difficult it is to find childcare that feels safe, personal, and flexible enough for real working families,” said Nese Delibas, founder of Nese Kids Care. “I wanted to create a place where parents feel supported and children thrive — not just another preschool, but a true community for families.”
Nese was born and raised in Turkey before attending school in San Diego CA where she's lived and worked now for over 10 years. A dual citizen of both Turkey and the US, Nese frequently travels back to Turkey to visit her large family and hopes to bring her newborn on the next trip!
Infant Care: Gentle Beginnings (6 weeks to 12 months)
Our infant program provides a nurturing "home away from home" where babies receive individualized care that respects their unique needs and developing rhythms. Each infant enjoys consistent caregiving from educators who become attuned to their cues and preferences.
